Country Road - Geelong

The girls here are great, so helpful and as a soon to be platinum member, they've been well deserved. Though I'd really appreciate if I could get a pair of khaki green skinny chinos in a size 36. Apparently they've been discontinued, but I'd really like to hope somewhere in Australia, there would be a pair I could snatch.

I'm not one to leave a poor review for the sake of it and working in customer service myself. I have a clear understanding of minimum service standards. The manager needs to give all the staff proper training before they can actually work on the floor. First things first, greet the customers who walk in. I was there for 30 mins this morning and didn't get one single greeting. The shop was dead quiet and so were the staff. There was a tall young staff member who walked past me many times and didn't even greet me once, let alone bother to ask me if I needed any help. Eventually, when I was in the changing room, there was a lady with grey hair and glasses kind enough to assist me with sizing.The opportunity was lost and as a customer all I wanted to be treated with was some common courtesy and respect but alas I was totally ignored and made to feel like I wasn't welcome in the store.

Annabel the lovely sales assistant Was a massive help and so kind to me when I was choosing my items she was super knowledgeable of the store and was just all round amazing!!

This review reflects my dissatisfaction with Country Road's (unwanted) process for seeking a product review. I have now received 2 email requests to review my recent online purchase (of glasses which were OK).On both occasions I have tried to use the link provided on multiple occasions to be taken off the list, however consistently receive a message Something Went Wrong: Please Try Again Later".I tried to email the sending address to request to be taken off the list: this bounced.Plan C was to provide (a one star) review through their system

Extremely rude staff! Some people should not work in customer service!The way that they speak to customers is awful! So judgemental!Will never step my foot back in there!

Izzy is by far the best retail sales person i have ever met. I go to this store because of Izzy, she is always willing to assist and honest. Izzy is highly recommended.

I will never shop here again nor do I ever want to wear Country Road again. I had bought a jumper a couple of weeks back. When I went to wear the jumper I noticed a stain on it. I didn't know if it was oil or die so I brought it back today and the pretentious staff members humiliated me in front of all the other customers and told me that it has been clearly been worn". I told them that it literally sat in the bag for 2 weeks. They told me that I had to bring it home and wash it before they would accept it because it was "unhygienic " and they couldn't accept it like that even though I had honestly never worn it before. I tried to explain that I had never been worn it yet the woman abruptly stopped me and said "let me finish talking". I will never ever shop here again EVER! I've never been so humiliated and experienced such rude customer service. I can't bring myself to walk into this store ever again. I should have got the names of the staff members but I was too angry how I was spoken to. I will never buy a Country Road product for myself

The staff need to chill out. I had great service one day buying a mens suit, shirts, ties and belt. The next day I pick up my altered suit pants, served by a different person I'm told I should have paid more for the alteration. She sounded very disgruntled. I spent over $800 in there the day before and she continues to give me a hard time over $10. Unlikely to shop there again.

The Country Road/Trenery Store Card is saves you significant money. My partner and I spend a couple hundred a few times a year and save $20 - $40 each time which isn't too bad when your not expecting anything. Clothes are quality, the pieces last ages and keep their shape and colour. I guess that's why the labels got class.
