Informative staff helped with my phone enquiry relating to an injured native bird. Visited last year as a school excursion. Very positive experience with the children involved in their presentation, morning tea provided, give aways, came away feeling it was a well run organisation.

The staff are very kind and understanding. I went there for a lecture which was very informative and child friendly. It's a very engaging environment where you get to see the animals and shy they are there, you can ask questions the staff seemed happy enough to answer any and all questions I had.
