Highly recommend this Company. My husband and I contracted ICON to remove and replace an asbestos roof, along with asbestos walls and ceiling after the weather event in Feb 2022 where our roof completely failed causing extensive damage inside our house. We then decided to extend the work to a complete renovation. Curtis, Brendan and his ICON team are amazing to work with! Communication is excellent, always available for any questions and very patient in explaining some of the more technical moving parts of the job, and ladies - these guys actually listen to you.Every one of the team we have dealt with and had on our property has undertaken the task with a high standard of finished product, professionalism and work ethic.Curtis took the pain out of the project with project managing the job from start to finish whilst being very transparent along every stage and tradie. From the asbestos removal, to rebuild including, plastering, plumbing, electrical and everything in between, as well as design advice, ICON is a one stop shop. Practical, creative and fun.ICON made what could of been a very stressful event into an exciting journey for us.You will not go wrong engaging this company to do work on your property. Cannot recommend them enough. We feel ICON is now a part of our family.

We had to have laundry walls removed because of asbestos and wanted the laundry reinstated. Curtis was great to deal with but not sure who the boys were on the job. Stored ladders and equipment inside the house without permission, left the front door key in it and lock box open, attended the property without notice once job was completed. Informed Curtis with zero reply once invoice was paid. Unfortunately for this I wouldn't recommend.

I'm not one to usually take the time to leave lengthy reviews, however I feel this one is rightly deserving. When my tenants left my home damaged, and I was stuck in NSW with my property in QLD with covid-19 closing the boarders, it was Curtis who took control of everything that was needed to not only appease my insurance company (many quotes had to be amended and broken down due to the complexity of the two different insurance claims )- but he was the only one that noticed damage further to what was initially reported. This resulted in roof and ceiling replacement, that if not detected by him, would have gone unrepaired and most likely led to much further damage in the future. He coordinated not only the removal and replacement of our asbestos walls and ceilings, but roof replacement , internal building adjustments , painting and electrical works. My property was left clean and tidy both inside and out on completion.Curtis was always available to answer any queries I had, and kept me upto date frequently with the progress of the job providing many photo and video updates.And to top this off when I had an antique cupboard delivered and incorrectly left outside my premises, he attended to my distress and had it placed safely inside (this was after my job was finished and he was working elsewhere late on a Friday afternoon). I honestly cannot recommend Curtis highly enough. If you are in need of anything involving asbestos on your property I recommend you look no further , as you will not find a better person to deal with. His pricing was scrutinized by my insurance company, where they found his quoting to be very comparable, and were happy to accept his quote over their own preferred trades people.

Thank you to Curtis and the team workmanship was impeccable .There was one issue in which the item was fix and compensation was given for the inconvenience. Curtis and the team did a terrific job replacing my roof and removing the asbestos from inside. He was extremely professional and completed the job on time with no problems. I would definitely recommend icon asbestos removals and will use them again for any future jobs.
