When buying my new boat thought nice trailer but after18 months jockey wheel stopped going up and down. Sorry only 12 month warranty because of the salt water" It is a boat trailer I would except more than 18 months out of it."

Hey, I was requiring new covered timber runners for my 1994 easy tow boat trailer, and after ringing around chasing prices on the hardwood required to replace the existing timbers, I sent Easy tow a email (after hours) and the next business day I had prices and a order form by 9am, timbers were ordered that day and picked up in less than 3 days! very easy sale, Dave in parts made it a very easy transaction!Keep it Up!!Paul

Best trailers out there. Anyone giving them less than 5 stars clearly knows nothing about trailers or trailer maintenance.In 5 years I have purchased over 200 easytow trailers for my shop. Only one has ever been wrong and fixed no questions asked! Cannot speak highlye enough of these guys

My experience so far has been very disappointing. I’m closed to buying parts from Transtyle to fit on my easytow trailer. Normally deal with Mark, and he was great and helpful. The new person I’m dealing with is not helpful at all. The price for parts here is off the roof!

I started dealing with Easytow over a year ago now and have dealt with Peter all the way. He has been exceptional to deal with and I couldn’t ask any more from the service that Peter and easy tow provide. The trailer, wow. I won’t be using another trailer manufacturer for a long time.

Ordered a trailer from these guys in December last year and have dealt with Peter the entire way and he has been absolutely sensational. Always called back if he wasn’t able straight away and replied to all emails without hesitation.It’s been a long process, we certainly weren’t in any rush though and it wasn’t easy tows problem as they were awaiting parts from the USA.The quality of the build is sensational, we are so far super happy with it all. Glad other customers have had good success, i found this place to be so unresponsive when trying to buy parts. its probably the worst experience i have ever had with customer service, or lack of... For this reason alone my next trailer defiantly wont be easy tow. parts team let down the entire business.

EasyTow. Best boat trailer I've ever owned. I've had two, one for a 5.95 boat and one for a 6.25 metre boat. Quality construction and top after sales service. At the other end of the scale, the worst quality boat trailer I've owned came with a Haines Hunter 600R and more recently with a MakoCraft Estuary Tracker 485 Pro. Still in the process of fixing very poorly designed and incorrectly fitted mudguards. Only hope their quality improves under their new ownership. My next boat trailer will definitely be an EasyTow. An Update, I have just taken delivery of a Haines Hunter 595 Offshore on an EasyTow trailer with Boat Latch for single handed launch and retrieve. Driving it onto the trailer the other night with a stiff side breeze causing it to enter the trailer at almost 45 degrees still allowed for a smooth run up with the teflon guides effectively righting it as I drove up the rollers. Brilliant! EasyTow the only way to tow your boat.

Our trailer is nearly 2 years old and looks brand new.We have towed our boat several times from Brisbane to 1770 and it tows great.Thanks guys for a great trailer.
