My recent experience at crow book left me extremely disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer the staff showed no willingness to help when I lost a gift voucher. I explained that I understood the vouchers were logged in a book and asked if they could locate it using the purchaser's name, but was flatly refused. Their unwillingness to explore alternative solutions and their rigid adherence to policy left me frustrated and let down.I hope crow books takes this feedback constructively and reevaluates their customer service practices.

Great range of books, friendly staff are always happy to help and order titles in. Open late is a massive bonus, great to pop by after dinner in Vic Park.

Love visiting Crow Books. As you walk in, the smell of freshly printed books greets you. When entering, one is presented with a wide variety of genres to select from and a huge collection of comic books. It's a must visit when I walk through Vic Park.

great store, and even greater (and very friendly) staff! if they don't have a book in store, they will try their best to source it and get it in for you. but the best of all .. they also stock a pretty good collection of graphic novels!

Enthusiastic staff, always helpful and give great customer service. This store is open far more often and longer hours than any other bookstore. Highly recommend this place.

Great book store, wide, eclectic range of all genres, the staff are all superb & always polite as well as being very resourceful and willing to help. I have been shopping here for years, añd I love the service and relaxing atmosphere. I can lose myself for hours browsing amongst a cornucopia treasure trove of books here. Truly something to satisfy any discerning avid book worm here! Also located in a convenient area nestled in amongst the heart of the cafe strip. Highly recommend checking out this store!
