Kalamunda Cycles

Fantastic service in a great location. We hired two mountain bikes from here with an aim of doing a ride around the hills. The track from Kalamunda to Pickering was advised and we, as novice mountain bikers, had such a fun day. Jo gave us some great advice, the bikes were far more capable than we were but fitted well. Provides a really fun day out that I have previously thought we could only get in Margaret river. Awesome to have this so close to Perth. Thank guys.

Great service. Came in with a shredded tyre, managed to fit me in there and then and install a new one/cushcore etc. Legends.

I've been a customer of Kalamunda Cycles for many years now and I won't go anywhere else. Tim, Jo and the staff always look after me and make sure my bike is running as it should be. They also have a great range of gear and are always super helpful.

I love these guys. Always so friendly and helpful. Just walking into the shop is a pleasure and you'll always be greeted with a smile. They're all great - Jo, Tim, Ryan, Murray and Justin. Ryan is just like a ray of sunshine. ;) All of them are helping me to learn mechanic skills and advice is willingly given. I especially like that there is none of the arrogance or elitist attitude so often seen in sporting stores. Thanks guys!

Great bike shop and even better service. I was looking for a XL hardtail mtb with certain specs which are hard to find on the market and/or have long wait times. However they managed to sort me out with an awesome bike which exceeded my expectations in less than a couple of weeks. Definitely recommended!

What a great shop! Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about local trails and international trails. They really know what they are talking about.If you are a seasoned rider try to get in on one of their group rides. I can’t speak to how beginners fair in their rides, but their trails are legit, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and properly outfitted during my two rides there.Wish this was my local shop!

What an absolute pleasure, it makes a nice change dealing with people that have time for you, knowledgeable and happy to help. I've dealt with a couple of bike shops in Perth and feel like they are always rushing the conversation and don't have much interest in what you're saying, more just trying to make a quick sale. Kalamunda Cycles is different and Tim and Jo are great and what they do and even better and making you feel welcome and giving great customer service.I think it was a 2 month period of chatting and e-mailing before I bought the bike I was after, at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I have since been back multiple times and now buy all my cycling stuff from here. Despite it being a 45 minute drive from where I live, that is justified in the customer and friendly service you receive and the fact you are supporting a family business. Nothing is too much trouble for these, they go above and beyond to help and give a great experience.Keep up the great work Tim and Jo.Adam
