This was the easiest part of my party to organize. A phone call and they had it all booked, super friendly and didn't charge the earth. The day of my daughter’s birthday I was so happy with the results. The room looked beautiful. Thank you so much. Will be back her for 2nd Birthday :D

Delivered to the wrong house and then when called to ask why they insisted that they were given the wrong address (which I'm certain they weren't). To add to this they left the balloons on the door step and the house was clearly abandoned. They state on their website that they won't leave packages if not collected sooo....Nothing was done about this, horrible customer service.

We recently placed a very last minute order with Ultimate Balloons, we were in isolation at home and needed a treat for our daughters 8th birthday. They were so accomodating and went above and beyond to deliver to us on the same day. It really made her day so thank you Ultimate Balloons, we will be back for more.

Excellent customer service and product! Was hesitant to order as I was not familiar with this business having found it online. Wanted an entire room decorated with balloons to make my son’s birthday celebration extra special. They answered calls promptly and were happy discuss the most appropriate options out of the many available. Delivered as ordered (actually beyond our expectations) and on time! Would certainly use Ultimate Balloons again and recommend to friends.
