The most unprofessional and unorganised establishment I have ever encountered in my life.I took over 5 hours for a manicure, none of the manicure was completed, then all nails needed to be removed. Then the owner had the audacity to ask for full payment or she was going to call security.

I got my lip pierced here and they were so professional and I really felt they knew what they were doing. I’ve had a variety of piercings from different places, and feel these guys definitely deserve props for their quality. I was looked after and listed to.

I had the migraine massage and it was fantastic. The therapist was excellent and respectful and the massage was the right pressure and very relaxing.

My experiences in going here are all amazing. The girls are always friendly, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in piercings, waxing, make-up treatments for sure. I walk away feeling like a new women.

Its really rude they asking for me a deposit ( $20) b4 i can do an appointment !!!and am regular customer ! I remember that's the manager ! And after she asking me deposit she booked an appointment and say ooh your regular cx here ! She's little bit shock !!! Looks can be deceiving !!! Don't just the book by its cover ! Bad experience ever she's thinking can't afford lol

Very expensive. The deluxe pedicure was $75 which was ok but I wasn’t informed that shellac was $15 extra until I went to leave. I booked SNS (or their version) which I was advised on the phone upon booking could be done on my natural nail. When I arrived I realised the only person that knew how to do them had left the shop, which left me with no polish on my nails, just a removal of my old SNS. So the lady I’m assuming was the owner tried to charge me $135 for the luxury pedicure ($75), then $15 for shellac and then $45 for polish removal?!! It was only when I complained that she reduced it to $20. Alison that did my pedicure was lovely and did a great service but I would never return simply due to them trying to rip people off and making up prices and promising services they can’t provide.
