Bill didn't know what he was doing as a handyman.He quoted $350 for small jobs around the unit and he promised a discount if I paid him cash. I did, and now I'm sorry I did, he ripped me off. He told me he could do the work but he couldn't. He took the money under false pretenses and when asked for a refund or an invoice I have never heard back from him. Whatever you do please DO NOT use this man. He is incompetent at his work, very unprofessional and takes money under false pretenses. If required, I have photos of his work.

Bills professionalism and skills are questionable. He has mounted a dryer, which ended up ripping off the wall because he didn't fix the brackets to studs. He came back to fix it after me chasing him for 3 days. His job failed again and dryer started to rip off the wall again. This time he is not even returning my calls or answering messages. It's a shame as Bill seems like a really nice guy. The only reason I gave him 2 stars is because he did a decent job mounting a TV.
