I wish I would have had a better experience with the sales person however the lovely woman at the check out made up for it with her warm customer service. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name, blonde hair, long ponytail.

Have had really great service from Joel B at Good Guys in Geelong.We were so pleased with his help with a minor sale a couple of months back that we made the Good Guys our first choice since and have purchased several larger products from Joel and every time he has gone out of his way to help us.Highly recommended.

Just wanted to highly recommend The Good Guys Geelong.After having bought a new tv (won't say the brand!), getting it back home on the coast we found an issue with it.Alex - who sold it to us - not only got onto it immediately, he was available with a quick solution so we weren't really inconvenienced that much at all.They say that you can really judge how strong/reliable a business is by how well they respond to problems. These guys were fantastic and I won't hesitate to go there again.

I went in to buy a washing machine in Geelong and needed to have it shipped to Ballarat. When the lady who was helping me realised this wasnt a service they offer, she acutally told me she was going to serve the lady next to me rather than answer another questions because she's going to buy and youre not"....So Harvey Norman got a sale and you lost a customer."

Go somewhere else, woeful customer service at Geelong store.Washing machine ordered, delivery notification included wrong address, contacted store first thing in the morning advised all okay, 5hrs of waiting at home, contacted store again advised too busy doing sales to sort problem, contacted customer service, advised initially that’s it’s the stores problem, then they’ll sort it and call back in 5 mins, 3 hours later no call back, no delivery

We've been long standing customers with the Good Guys both here in Geelong and Gippsland ! today was a cracker with the reception area , whom lacked personality and any sense of customer service ! We paid a deposit on an item and the girl who served us stunk of BO!! So badly we were taken a back as well as her attitude it stunk along with the service provided , if it wasn't for a young man there who assisted us , I would never go back ... Unfortunately we have products that we are waiting for .. Awful if not for us and all customers these people wouldn't have a job ! Good Guys do better ...

Our less than year old LG dishwasher failed and water damaged our kitchen floor. LG after sales service has been very poor. You have to wait for an hour before you can speak to someone. Repair guy visited after 5 days and went saying it’s fixed. Water leak persists. Now waiting another hour to speak with LG. Will never buy an LG product again.

10 out of 10 customer service from both Paul and Rita at the Good Guys Geelong.We just moved to Geelong from NZ and they both helped us tremendously in selecting what appliances will suit our needs and budget while being fully transparent about pros and cons of each product that was on offer.Paul went over and above in organising the delivery of goods and we are both very grateful for it.Thank you team! Great experience today. We went in just looking for a rice cooker. A staff member, Willow, came straight over to us and helped us decide which one was not only the best for us but also the best value. Highly recommend. Customer service was fantastic
