Very professional. The tenant in my property recently handed their notice to vacate. Ashley at Biggin and Scott created an advertisement, had it placed on the online real estate sites, organized a first inspection, secured a new tenant, and had a new lease signed in less than two weeks. Got the email of successful application and all sort of congratulations, demanded to pay a full amount of bond to secure the tenancy and saying if we didn’t pay the $5000 bond they might give it to someone else and was only given 2-3 hours window to pay. And it’s all before signing the paperwork.The next day, they claimed that the owners has declined the application after we paid the bond.What a way of doing business.
