Delicious passion fruit and mango tarts. Very strong on the passion fruit but it gives it that zing and it's pretty amazing 10/10 would eat again

Excellent products every time, but customer service can be hit and miss.

Absolute disgrace. Bought a cheese and bacon pullapart and there was no cheese or bacon in the pullapart. There is more bacon on the little rolls. What a waste of money. Won't be going back there again. They have no pride in there work

Always fresh and tasty bread and staff always friendly

This is the worst Bakers Delight I have come across. Can’t understand how they don’t have savoury rolls ready before 8am on a regular basis. There are a number of schools nearby and expect there would be a need.I have been given excuses like ‘we have a new apprentice ‘ or ‘we are experimenting with dough run times’.Seriously, just have savoury rolls like cheese & bacon/ cheese rolls before 7.30am so families can sort out school lunches. surely it can’t be that difficult. This is the only store I know that is so disorganised in the mornings.I say do yourself a favour & go to Point Cook store. They have most items ready at 7am! Now that’s customer service.Lift your game Sanctuary Lakes store.

Good COVID-19 protocols. Attractive display of savoury and sweet pastries, plus many varieties of bread. Friendly, efficient staff. Raspberry and passionfruit scones are a favourite.

To the lovely young lady working Saturday morning 2nd June. Don't let nasty customers get you down, they're not worth crying over. You're doing a great job.

Staff are amazing , food don't buy my bread , roll, ect from any other store , always fresh and last 2 days and still fresh

Unprofessional management. My teenage daughter went for an interview there for which she prepared and handled herself well. The interview was done very professionally by the manager who said they’d let my daughter know the outcome in a week. However they never got back to my daughter afterwards. So rude. Doesn’t take much to send a text.
