Couldn't be happier with Bob's service we've been using him for years now and he's a very trustworthy and reliable man. Once he has sprayed there is never a sign of any insects or spiders for a good 12 months. And his carpet cleaning is exceptional! We would highly recommend.

It’s scarey how many dead insects and spiders come out once these guys have been and then we don’t see any for 12 months. Carpets come up like new and smell so fresh even with rentals with pets in the past. It’s hard to find trades/services that show up on time and do what they say they will but these guys always do.

After choosing to pay $90 for 3 carpets instead of $70 for 3 because I've always been told you get what you pay. I was extremely dissapointed to return home to a worse looking carpet than before. After breaking our backs moving all the furniture to create paths and a completely empty 3 rooms for Bob. He couldn't even simply vacuum the carpets before starting the job like most carpet cleaners would, especially at a $90 rate. So all the hair and fluff balled up into a few black looking patches. I got home and couldn't believe my eyes so pulled out the vacuum and once finished realised thats all it had needed before starting. I called Bob to tell him how dissapointed I was and all he could do was not reply for a few seconds and then defend himself by saying most people vacuum their carpets before. Yet he did not warn us of this before making the booking and couldn't offer any resolution. THE SERVICE IS APPAULING FOR THE PRICE CHARGED.
