I was looking for a Maxwell Williams mug that was broken and discovered this site where they had a replacement available. After some casual browsing, I ended up impulse buying a few other bits and pieces. This store is very quick in dispatching an online order. Everything was wrapped nicely, packaged securely and arrived on my doorstep completely intact. When an error was found with my order, I was notified promptly and options for rectifying the issue were laid out in a manner that made it possible to decide while I was driving. Excellent shop, definitely recommend.
