CPAP Direct Toowoomba were fantastic. We had a new machine we didn't know how to use it. They answered all of our questions and set our machine for us. We had wonderful customer service from Jane and Maree. Highly recommend, we will be back for purchases in the future.

I'm very happy with my experience in purchasing my first (and 2nd / travel) cpap machines with cpap direct. At times there may be a small cue of customers, however the ladies are very considerate and professional in providing the right product and advice for my needs. The prices are also highly competitive and they carry a great range of stock.

From the very beginning the team are welcoming and talk you through everything. Trialling the masks was no problem and was made easy as you could just pop back, see the staff and trial a different one.
