Definitely recommend!! Flowers here are so fresh and adorable. A variety of hundreds of flowers delights me greatly. I chose a bunch of sunflowers since I was inspired by the Van Gogh exhibition. And the sunflowers are so bright. Bouquets here add some colors in my doomed WFH life. Hope COVID-19 passes soon and I will revisit this florist frequently.

Genuinely surprised. Have walked past many times but today was my first time going in. For a small shop, plenty of selections. Beautiful arrangements, classy designs and prices are reasonable.Staff were really helpful and friendly and were able to advise on the best gift. Will be back

Careful - Orders look nothing like what is advertised on the website. I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day, went to collect it and the arrangement was literally one third of the size of what was advertised. When I queried it, the manager (I presume) said sometimes people order the smaller size thinking they’ve ordered the larger size. I pointed out that I indeed ordered the large size. Then I was told they ran out of the larger jars. Sorry but that’s not my problem. The manager then disappeared and returned with 3 more flowers and added them to the jar hoping that’d be enough. It still looked nothing like what was advertised on the website, which I again pointed out, and was told that if any more flowers were added, there would not be enough space in the jar. There was no offer of another arrangement or bouquet. Thankfully I did receive a refund but fact is, this person, if she was indeed the manager, did not have a care in the world about the situation and just wanted me to go away. They would have made an extreme amount of money out of Mother’s Day and I’m just one little customer, who was totally dismissed.For anyone reading this review, you will not get what you pay for if you order from the website. If you do place an order, ask the receiver to send you a photo.And if you have an issue, they will not care because they have enough customers and you don’t matter.Mary K, you need to update your website with actual pictures of arrangements and bouquets because you are false advertising.If this review gets a response, I’m sure it’ll be some kind of justification but there is absolutely no excuse for not providing customers with a product that is advertised.

AVOID Really bad customer service. The flowers delivered as a present from a friend were clearly not fresh and I immediately called the florist and was told to email pictures which I did. I then spoke to a man who, instead of apologising to me, said he didn't want to debate with me because the flowers were fresh this was just their colour. He agreed to deliver a new bunch to me but told me to keep this bunch in water so he can take them back (I don't know why he wanted them back...) we arranged for delivery the next day and I stayed home all day but no one turned up. I called the florist and was told the driver was unavailable and they would try again. She said someone would call me to let me know when the driver was on their way - they didn't. The delivery man turned up and was quite rude he demanded to see the fresh" flowers and then proceeded to say I could keep those (by this point there wasn't much to keep). I am giving them 2 stars only because the flowers they delivered the 2nd time were at least fresh but wow terrible service. I get far better service at my local Woolworths where the florist is not at all rude or aggressive."

$70 for 2 bunches of ‘fresh’ flowers, completely fell apart when I unwrapped them. Took the remains back, no apology from the staff. Told to choose replacement bunches of flowers and they charged me an extra $10!?! …There are plenty of other flower shops to go to, where customer service and quality of products matter. Mary K in Maroubra, awful.

Great range of flowers and very helpful assistants. Usually buying flowers for myself and they are always fresh.Recently we bought a wedding bouquet as a gift from friends, it fit our budget and it was huge! Everybody loved it!Every time I'm visiting the store, assistants are very nice, helping with the flowers even when it's very busy over there.I would strongly recommend it to my friends who is looking for a nice bouquet for home or special occasions.Thank you guys!

Very dissatisfied, and NEVER returning!I ordered 12 roses today, on Christmas eve. The young lady serving me seemed nice, and for the premium of $106, I asked she please select good roses. Only to be talked over constantly by another rude employee that, they're all the same!" Loudly

My experiences with Mary K Florist Maroubra, have always been positive. I always get excellent and friendly service everytime I order or buy a bouquet, arrangements or bunches of flowers for friends and families. One of my friend's favourite are the burgundy lilies and the flowers that I always order from them are absolutely fresh that they last longer. The prices are fair, the selection is enormous and service is great.
