Went to have my 3 year old daughter checked. Dr Daniel Lichtblau made my child so comfortable. She usually doesn't want doctors to check her ears and mouth but not with Dr Lichtblau. He simply said, Are there bunnies inside your ears?" So my daughter was curious and just let him check it. I just wish they were bulk billed."

Dr Daniel first saw my wife during her pregnancy. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very supportive for her circumstance. It eased my mind knowing she was in such good and supportive care.I've seen Dr Daniel myself and can't fault him. He is prompt with appointments while providing excellent service. We now take our son to see him. Most doctors just brushed us off regarding his intolerance's, while Dr Daniel continued to listen and offer his ongoing support.Excellent doctor in knowledge, service and care.

I don't often write reviews, however when i do its to show my upmost appreciation.In this case, i needed a second opinion as my 10 month old who was just not her usual bubbly self plus few other things that just didn't sit right with me.Ormond Medical Centre very kindly fitted me, Dr James Litchblau kindly agreed to stay back.Dr Litchblau listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked my child. He was incredibly patient and kind and clearly has decades of experience working with kids based on his diagnosis.I will be moving my family to this practice without a second thought. Its not often you come across such old fashioned good service these days.

I really tried with this clinic as I liked the female doctor very much but the reception staff were dreadful. They were not respectful of privacy, asking me personal questions and repeating personal information e.g.my address and phone number in front of a roomful of other patients; arguing with me when I wanted to change a half hour appointment for another time and being told, then, that the half hour appointment was only at the discretion of the doctor - an appointment I had already made! - and lastly, demanding to know the purpose of my visit when it is absolutely none of the reception staff's business! Intrusive, rude, unhelpful reception put me off attending.

Took my daughter to see Dr Daniel, she normally shys away from doctors but he was great with her. Very knowledgeable and provided great follow up. Highly recommended

Great clinic with amazing doctors and friendly staff!Been visiting this clinic for a few years, staff are always friendly and very accommodating. Dr Daniel is definitely a life saver! has helped me and my family through our minor concerns and complex health issues. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. So at ease to find a doctor that goes over and beyond to provide quality care.

Amazing service from the receptionists to the Dr’s. Had to take my little brother in for an injection which he was scared of and they handled him with such professional care and understanding. Highly recommend

Amazing doctor, service and knowledge ☆☆☆☆☆☆I first saw Dr Daniel at the very beginning of my pregnancy. He was the only doctor available that could see me straight away. I am just so very grateful to find such a brilliant doctor by chance. I was so scared thinking something was wrong, but he dealt with the situation so promptly, I had my reassurance everything was ok in a few hours via ultrasound and then later confirmed again in his office.I find him extremely compassionate, professional, supportive and always doing that little bit extra. Sometimes its the small things that count. A longer explanation, asking an extra question or providing different options. Its always an open discussion. I really liked that he checked if the drugs were safe for me during pregnancy/breastfeeding, where other doctors just say it should be 'ok' that doesn't leave you feeling very reassured especially if its your first pregnancy. He actually cares about your health, he is honest and upfront and you feel you can easily talk to him about anything.I have continued to see him and have followed him through the various clinics. I find him widely experienced in all areas and have the utmost trust to see my whole family. My 8 month old son sees him now and absolutely adores him. Dr Daniel is the only person who I trust to always give me a thorough and honest opinion.Brilliant doctor that puts a lot of others to shame.
