Just moved to the area and was needing to purchase a few things the other day but after walking in store and not being greeted by anyone and even ignored when I said ‘Gday’ to the staff member walking past, I decided to leave and go to Bunnings, first and last time shopping here. 0/5 experience

Lovely Lady who answered our phone call re S/steel and Galvanized Buckets was So Very Polite and Well Spoken. On visiting this Lovely, Clean and Tidy Hardware Staff were Very Professional and Helpful. We received a discount on the order purchased as they had been discounted. Great customer service, we needed all the fittings to plumb in a water tank and the staff were ultra helpful, they walked down to the section and went through all the times on our list and sorted it straight away.They also told us about the loyalty program and gave us an instant 5% off our bill.They also have a big range of hardware and rural supplies.Keep up the great work.

Mark & the entire team are 100% amazing. They always take the time to show Mum and I how things work, repeatedly sometimes! So patient. Great range, plus the team will order in special items if you ask. Prices are comparable to the big green giant, however the customer service is exceptional. Thanks Mitre 10 Plainland, you are AWESOME!!!

I counted 6 men all wondering around. Not one could be bothered to ask me if they could help. Just walked past and not even an acknowledgement. Missed out on a $300 plus sale. Hope the new Bunnings is better when it opens. It couldn't be worse than this place!!!!
