Incredibly disappointed.Bought a sterling silver locket for my misses. Within a few months the 'silver' is flaking off. A few months later the chain snaps. $180 necklace didn't last 10 months.I asked customer service for some help and they advised they only give a 3 month warranty.Have you ever heard of a 3 month warranty? What kind of company gives anything a 3 month warranty? The kind that have no faith in their product.After I complained again, Francesca said 'oh well we've already said we won't fix or replace it but how about you post us that at your own expense and if we determine what we already determined, we'll charge you to fix it or you'll have to pay again to get it sent back.Are you joking..? The necklace might be terrible but it's sentimental and I'm not sending it to Tasmania and back for at my own expense so they can try to get more money.Then they offered me a discount to purchase the same terrible necklace again!These people are clowns, they do great at marketing, not so much with their actual products or how to run a business.I've lodged a complaint with the ACCC and I'll never purchase a piece of jewellery from them again not so much based on the issues, it may be a one off but due to their stance and customer service.IF YOU BUY A PIECE FROM FRANCESCA, BETTER HOPE IT BREAKS IN UNDER 90 DAYS OR YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK!

Totally applauding.Denied my right's under Australian Consumer Law for a refund.I contacted management about the issue. Have not received a response. Buyer Beware! I have to give them one star just so I can post review, no star rating is more applicable.

My daughter had a bracelet elastic break. (Her fault) she had had the bracelet for over 12 months. When I enquired if they had a service to fix it I was told it would be at least 2 weeks before they could have a look because they were extremely busy. That suited us, we were happy to wait. But...we received the bracelet back within that 2 weeks. My daughter was extremely pleased. As was I.Very professional attentive staff. Exceptional customer service from start to finish.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Francesca. I was gifted the Snake necklace for Christmasthen after 6 times wearing the necklace the silver wore off. I took it back into the store and was told about the 3 month warranty then told perhaps I shouldn't wear silver (which I have all my life and never had this happen) I'd say it's the quality not me. Anyhoo, I was told if I pay another $75 they would pay the other $75 and replace it. Absolutely terrible after care. So they think paying $149 for it then paying another $75, half of what was paid after a few wears is a great resolution. I ended up with a $75 store credit which I will most likely never use. I will never shop here again as this kind of aftercare is appalling. Extremely disappointed.

Bracelet was faulty after the very first wear as the charm came off.The fastener used was inadequate for the thin hoop connecting the charm.I requested a replacement and was told to fix it myself. However, if I could not fix it myself then they would replace it.This is entirely the wrong approach to faulty items.Jewellery making is not my trade. Nor do I have the tools on hand to ‘fix it myself’. It is in good faith I bought this bracelet and that should all be quality checked on your end.So again, I requested a replacement. That was honoured but it took longer than expected to be resolved.

Purchased items for my wife and daughter. Absolutely brilliant to deal with! Customer service is second to none! Made sure we got exactly what we were after. Can't recommend them highly enough!

The watch I purchased is absolutely gorgeous and the service & presentation was second to none. It reminded me of the scene in the movie The Intern where Jules was showing her staff how to pack her goods like a gift. It also arrived in Qld in 2 days. Well done.

expensive for what you get; jewellery that breaks and silver that turns to rose gold. disappointing! im not rough on my jewellery at all and yet i’ve had multiple pieces break. when i’ve asked if they could be fixed, i was told it was outside of their offered warranty so even the seller has no faith in their products.
