Having dealt with a few property managers in my time as a renter, I can safely say Peter Wheeler is the best I've come across to date. Usually I feel like property managers don't really care much for tenants at all, but Peter has always been very responsive and supportive of any queries I have had and didn't make me feel like I was being an annoyance. He often gave me positive feedback after inspections which made me feel like a valued tenant. I think whether owner or renter you're in very good hands with Peter with his professional, efficient, personable service.

I have purchased a property from Ray White Nundah. The whole experience I had is great. They are very trusted, responsive and supportive whenever you have any concerns with the purchasing process. They are friendly too and professional e.g., being punctual, great communication styles. It is lucky for anyone who is buying properties that they are selling as they will greatly help you make either your dream home or investment become real. It was my luck too.

Myself and my family have been renting a property through the team at Ray White Nundah for the past 3 years. This year we experienced the worst possible scenario by coming home to a burst flexi hose within the property, water everywhere. Tania along with the owners have managed this situation perfectly, providing assistance and support when required by constantly checking in for updates. Selling your home is stressful and there are lots of things to think about. Anthony and his team made everything work so smoothly from start to finish. What we liked most about Anthony was his attention to detail and how thorough he was with all the little things that end up driving you mad if you are not on top of them. He knew the process well and guided us expertly through. Would certainly call them again for our future dealings.

Our experience with Anthony was faultless. From the moment we sat down together to discuss our thoughts and expectations, it was clear our best interests were first and foremost. The process from beginning to end was clearly detailed, and what was explained was delivered in terms of cost and service. If ever I had a question or concerns with anything my calls and emails were answered promptly by either himself or the team at Ray White. During the time the property was listed and open for inspection, a follow up call with the Anthony to detail the success of the turn out within the hour ... and without the realtor jargon I've experienced previously. I accepted an offer within 15 days of listing, the offer amount was as expected from Anthony's forecast. During the negotiation process, Anthony's advice was always clear with a sense of pragmatic rationale. After the sale, I missed a few of his follow up calls however Anthony still insisted on catching up and that I feel is what separates him from my previous experience. Although the settlement had finalised and the sale completed, his personal approach to reach out regardless of the sale finalising is a testament to his commitment to his clients. I genuinely recommend Anthony and his team.
