When the brand they use has a promotion about if you spend a certain amount, you get a free bottle of conditioner, well I saw the owner hide the promotional products that were free in the storage cupboard so she didn’t have to give previous clients the product. I wasn’t happy at all and that isn’t what customer service is about!

Super great service from the love ladies after i rang up 24 hours earlier to get my daughter ears pieced after another hair dresser canceled they weny above and beyond to make my daughter and family members welcome
