This place is a absolute joke ! Buy lights that don’t work the place doesn’t want to exchange them I would never go to this place the guy was rude do not shop there !!!!

Won’t buy from here again. Inflatable only lasted 2 weeks.

I went in here early November to buy some tinsel and look around. The lady whom I assume was the manager was yelling at the young girl on the till while we were standing there trying to get served. The girl honestly looked like she was going to cry and it made ALL of us uncomfortable.I had to unfortunately make a second trip back there as I was sold a broken reindeer ornament and had to have it replaced... never again.

Low on stock (due to Covid) & messy set up. Someone who looked to be the Manager, was yelling at staff - not a good look. I asked for a price & was told to go back and get the code myself. Total shambles. Will not be back.

Their customer service is horrible. Store is an absolute mess and the quality of everything they sell is rubbish and WAY overpriced.MYER sell the same Christmas trees EVERY DAY the exact same 'Discounted' prices they advertise.Christmas Warehouse sell the same decorations at 1/4 of the price as well. Don't waste your money. Their returns policy also isn't worth the paper it's written on. I stupidly went back in there after last year's awful experience thinking it would be better but it was actually worse. I took a faulty inflatable Santa back last year the day after I bought it with a huge rip in it and they actually argued about refunding me when I had the receipt in my hand.STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I ordered over $300 of lights and items early December and I STILL have not received my order and its been over 6 weeks. I've emailed them many of times. An investigation was done to try to find my order and now they wont reply at all. This business is a scam. My kids were looking forward to hanging lights for christmas but unfortunately I ordered through a FAKE business. Do Not Buy from them.
