Timmy helped me gain finance during my first build.  He is incredibly thorough and took the time to make sure I understood everything involved.  He genuinely cares about the clients needs and dreams, but also provides some realistic (and friendly) advice if needed. I engaged Timmy from Timmy Finance as I was feeling like my current home loan provider Keystart wasn't helping with my current loan. Yes they did help me get a foot in the door but after checking my balance after 2.5 years and only managed to put 15k dent to the loan.When I spoke to Timmy about my situation with keystart, he was very empathetic of my situation and provided me some advice that I should refinance to a different provider with a lower interest rate. By doing so I would pay my house faster and have less pressure to use my credit cards to facilitate some purchases due to low savings and have more savings to my bank account in the long run.From the start of the refinance process, I could tell that Timmy is a professional mortgage broker. He knew what kind of details the bank was after, he organise the house evaluation, provided and assisted to help me fill out the mortgage forms so that I just need my signature on it. He took the the time to explain every thing the bank was asking for. Believe me, I am a complete novice when it comes to banking and finance. I am comfortable with the product we selected from NAB which as a variable loan with cash withdraw option.The fact the Timmy went beyond his duty of care to help me out was greatly appreciated. He worked after hours where it suited me, he came to my house so I didn't have to travel, he called me to update me whenever there was updates, he was very quick to respond to questions and concerns, he truly cared about my situation and didn't discriminate me about my knowledge and really wanted me to be a better situation and being able to pay my loan off quicker. The fact that my loan got approved in a 2-3 week period by NAB was truly beyond belief as I was expecting it to drag out for few months. He is currently helping me with the settlement with keystart and setting up the banking account setup with NAB. I feel like there isn't a step he has missed and he will see it thru to completion and help me post the refinance. You can't ask for anything better.Whoever employs Timmy in future, please give him a heck of a payrise and promotion and some acknowledgement. I want to see a plaque with employee of the month at least! He is and will be an asset to your company and he truly cares for his clients and is able to be the ultimate professional mortgage broker in Perth and even Australia!Thank you Timmy for your help. Timmy is a very dedicated and professional mortgage broker who really wants to help his client without expectation. He has tried to help me find the best home loan rate and give me a valuable advice. Because of his advise, I have called my banker to renegotiate my current rate. I managed to get 0.64% reduction in interest rate besides changing my repayment frequency from monthly to weekly.
