Pleasant to deal with, lax with organisation

If possible would give zero starts. Once I got their service and the lady told me that if I book for 45 minutes and our conversation went less than I booked, they will refund the money I paid. Finally, I paid for 45 minutes and conversation went only 15 minutes. Therefore when I asked for the refund she told me she didn’t tell it. So, I made a complaint and the funny thing is the person who called me to resolve my problem said that, that lady didn’t mention to refund money” I was there next to her, she would never ever tell it”. I asked her to check their Records. Unfortunately they didn’t do it or got their staffs’s side instead of helping me to resolve it. Worst customer service and dumb service would never recommend

Shocking customer service,agressive staff,very expensive up to 4 times dearer than other accredited translators for the same service,when i complained to manager,he threw it back on me and suggested that just because a document is stamped and signed by an accredited translator , does not make it genuine,seemed to suggest other translators apart from his staff could be crooks ,really .As far as my complaint to him about the way i was treated by one of his staff,as i said threw it back on me,and told me him and his staff stick together,this bloke should get custommer relations training
