Precise Brow Beauty

Got my brows done here. Terrible service. Twice I stopped the girl and told her to be careful as I could feel her pinching the skin, but she kept being so rough to the point it broken the skin and caused cuts!Then she rubbed gel on them causing the cuts to burn!!I attached a picture which is 4 days later and still very sore and healingThe lady who did this acted as if it was nothing. Disgraceful.

I have my facial from Baljit and waxing from sheetal. Very professional and fair price for all the services. Highly recommend

i had very nice brows and came in asking for a tint. she then proceeded to thread my eyebrows (which were already done) and now i barely have a tail on my eyebrow. it’s more like a messy stump. i’ve been trying to grow my eyebrows out since there was an incident and this had completely left me ruined. i then asked for the tint to be light on the front of my brows. she left it on for an extra 2 minutes she said because i “want then dark” which i stated i didn’t. i walked out with huge blocky eyebrows which i had to scrub my face with exfoliater to try and bare looking at my own face. my eyebrows are now extremely sensitive thin, compared to usual and both are different shapes with different arches. i look like a toddler had done my eyebrows. they are so messy and short now and the shape i had them done previously complimented my face so much better. i have a formal event soon and now have to walk around with ugly eyebrows which don’t even match

Never had a problem with this place till today. I came in for a clean up only to leave looking like a joke. Eyebrows are uneven and oddly shaped. One eyebrow is thinner than the other. So thin I look like I just came out from the 2000's.The lady asked if I wanted to tint my brows as they were very light, something I refused as I already get everything else done elsewhere (thank goodness).When I looked in the mirror and asked her what had she done with my eyebrows, she had the audacity to tell me it was because my eyebrows were light.Yes my eyebrows are light but they were not thin before I walked in there.She kept repeating the same sentence 'that they are light'.Another lady came out once she heard the commotion, an offer I had to refuse as I did not need any further hair being removed from my brows. If only I could upload a photo to this platform to show you the atrocities!I do not recommend this place!

I went to get my eyebrows done, the girl pluged more hair from my brow, destroyed my brow and then tryied to hide it with brush and eyebrow powder. They even didnot offer no refund nothing! They were so chill, no sorry nothing. I was very disappointed with thier service, they distroyed my eyebrow.

I have visited their shop and rang them in relation to. booking an appt for EYELASH EXTENSIONS and they don't even bother calling you back when they say they will with an appt time. Very poor business would not ever recommend them for this treatment ever, I have had threading done there several times and have been very happy but du to their dismissive treatment for eyelash extensions would never recommend them for anything.I

It’s a good place but it’s wayyyy too overpriced, I’d say just doing your own eyebrows or eyelashes because they charge too much.
