Terrible experience.Lady was rough stunk of garlic. No mask on.One eyebrow is now a different shape to the other . Henna didn't stay on..waste of money.Do yourself a favour and walk on by .

First time visiting this place, I was seen quickly and the lady did a wonderful job with my threading and tint, very happy and will continue to visit here.

I have used this place for years, they just upped their price which is fine - but when I went in and specifically ASKED for a tidy ( cheaper than a whole thread as my brows had only been done a short time before and literally only needed a quick tidy ) I was charged the full brow price at the end.The lady even confirmed when I was in the chair 'just a tidy yeah?' so it definitely took me by suprise.I have actually witnessed two other customers only finding out ONCE their brows were already done that they were in fact being charged full brow price not tidy price despite saying so.When I expressed my disappointment and told the woman it was misleading, she tried to say that because I got a full brow last time I should be happy to pay the same again this time? But the time before they needed a full do and this time they did not.She still charged me even though she was in the wrong and confirmed 'tidy' so I was forced to pay more, and told me the boss of iBrow would call me? Which never ever happened.I sometimes wait to get my brows done when I visit Sydney as the job is far better anyway and only $8 for a full brow thread, but I was happy to pay alot more for a less quality job here out of loyalty and convenience..but I absolutely will NOT be back now.I asked for tidy, she reconfirmed the word tidy, and yet tried to charge me full brow do price at the end - misleading and trapping.Very odd as well that they upped their price at the same time an amazing new threading shop opened up literally 20 metres away in the same mall who are cheaper, more private ( in a shop ) more professional with customers and do a better job.3 sister, my mum, and my best friends who have moved to the Hunter from western Sydney where threading is amazing, will all go to the new place now instead.Better than being sting with unasked for unexpected charges at the end of your appt.My brow job on this particular visit was also especially substandard and mismatched.Save your money, go elsewhere.

Have been using ibrow station since around 2020-2021 and have recently ran in to my first major problem, returned 8 days after service provided and explained my concern they were happy to fix the issue complimentary this time,The treatment I had was a hybrid die to my brows which is semi permanent & henna together but unfortunately this faded within 3 days by day 8 completely faded away. Was upset with it due to paying so much moneyThe ladies are always super kind and happy to help where they can.

Today I was serviced by a lady named Aish, she was so lovely and informative, and gentle. Loved my experience, hope she is here next time I come. 100% satisfied

I had a full face threading plus henna dye to eyebrows & was very happy with the attention to detail shown by Ana. She was very gentle & I was more than happy with the result. I will be a regular monthly customer from now on.Cheers,Kim

Got charged for something I didn't ask for. The lady stunk of garlic no mask on. Was rough on my eye brows and far too pricey for a 10 Min job with zero care. The hena didn't stay on and I'm plucking my eye brows after 2 days even though she threaded it.
