Dominelli Service Centre

Have been getting my cars serviced here for 22 years. Shane in the service department has been there all the way through with me. That's why I keep coming back! I trust his honesty in taking care of me again and again with all of my cars over the years. Dominelli Ford Service has always shown that there customers come first. Its a great service centre with all the team as well. Thank you Shane.

To say these guys are incompetent is an understatement. I put a Ranger in so they could diagnose 2 problems. 1 being a rough idle and smoke from the exhaust when the car is cold. The other being a key that does not always work. Was quoted $209 to diagnose. I agreed to proceed. Picked my car up today and was advised the first problem are the injectors. They apparently need replacing. Was quoted over $5000 for them to fix. When I asked about the key issue they told me they didn't bother looking at that issue once they found the injector problem. I was still charged the $209 even though they only did half the job. My real surprise came when I drove out with the car. I noticed they had put their own plastic covers on the driver's seat to protect my seat covers. But to my amazement my timing cover, engine cover, and all associated nuts / bolts were sat on the passenger seat. I now have greasy/ oily/ black carbon looking stains on my seat covers. By the time I noticed this I was on my way down towards Woronora Bridge so could not stop. When i got to about three quarters the way across the bridge my bonnet flew up. They had not even closed my bonnet. I had to stop and fix the bonnet, and to my amazement diesel was spaying around everywhere. There is a flexible hose running across the top of the engine and it looks like it has a plastic clip going into the top of each cylinder, with a metal clip securing it. One of them had been disconnected and not reconnected.The car is now with another mechanic. He thinks is just a glow plug that needs replacing at about $300, but I'll keep informed

I took my Ford in for a service into the new Dominelli service centre and it was very easy. They booked me in in a few mins and the car was ready in a couple of hours.Picking it up was easy and the car was done and clean.

The service department Supplied Ford Australia incorrect and false information which has directly led to the warranty being voided - there has been a persistent fault with the vehicle, engine, turbo have been replaced under warranty and it is still not repaired. as soon as I requested a refund/replacement the issue is now been blamed on the car been submerged in muddy water although it has been proven it has not.

I have been getting my ranger serviced here for years. Can't recommend them enough. Great team and very efficient. Recently i bought a new car, Benny Wong and the team where amazing to deal with. I highly recommend them

Tony and Adam from Dominelli were very knowledgeable, helpful and really easy to deal with. I felt they really looked after me, and they put their customers first. The whole team worked really well together to find me the right car at the right price. So happy with my new car - drives like a dream!

The Service Team is Useless to say the least. 0 product knowledge & obviously no industry experience. Too Hard to ring for Technical Support and solve a problem. Don't waste your time with these Lazy Turkeys. Drive to another Ford/GWM Dealership!

Worst customer service ever at Kirrawee. We waited 4 months for a warranty repair! It was only after finally getting to speak with the service centre manager, that the repair was done.Will be taking the car elsewhere for regular servicing.

Good for the contract term of your vehicle if you bought it through Dominelli Group, but I would shop around first to try and get a more competitive service price. All things considered, they do a good job, and their customer service is superb.
