Mike and Sam Palmer from Real Estate Plus, Commercial are our strata managers for our block of 8 apartments.They are so easy to work with and are on top of our maintenance and repairs. They are very efficient and have a common sense approach to the issues which arise.Their fees are also very reasonable.I highly recommend them if you are looking for a strata/propertymanager.
