Booked the guys on a last minute when one cleaning service company cancelled out on me the day before my scheduled clean and I must say they did an exceptional job. The guys are professional and did a very detailed clean to the property. Definitely would recommend.

New Image cleaning did an excellent job! They were running a little late, but it was no big deal. The cleaner was friendly, polite, interested and thorough. For example they had researched the property the night before and new the layout and what the job would involve. They were also happy to add some paid extras based on our discussions, which was helpful. Highly recommend New Image Cleaning - it is a wild west out there with bond cleaners, but these guys are the best I have used.

Arrived to the property 4 hours later than booked then refused to do the job due to the property's condition. I was advised of their refusal *after* they had left the property. When I explained we were aware of the property's issues and were just looking for the best they could do I was informed they had already left and they'd refund my deposit but that's it. There is no time before handover to organise different cleaners. Terrible service all around - not to mention their phone numbers returning a disconnected message 50% of the time.

We've used New Image now for our last 2 exit cleans in Elwood & Brighton East, they are great with communication, can book online and even organised key drop off, full bond returns both times. Thank you guys!
