Went in looking for a new shoe for training rotation. Had an idea of what I wanted. Lara listened to what I was looking for, brought me a wide range of shoes and had me try them on on the treadmill and explained what each one provided me. I was blown away with her customer service and effort to go the extra mile. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Lara

You have to pay for return parcel and you won't be getting a full refund. Very bad experience and definitely not worth it. You better off buying from Iconic or Asos. Better customer service and transparency.

Purchased 2pair asics extra wide but didn't fit which was strange as I already had a couple of these. I contacted the store and Rhys was very helpful in finding replacements which fit perfectly. Being interstate I had my concerns but Rhys was very helpful.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes on line and the size I ordered wasn’t fitting. I asked for a change and Sportitude organized a super simple way through the Post for me to return it.The second pair I got also wasn’t the right fit and I reached out again to ask for a further change. Not only the staff was super friendly, helpful and understanding, but the second time they also waived the returning fee which it was unexpected, but of course very well received.Well done to the entire team, I know for sure where to buy my next pair of shoes.

I have recently placed 2 orders with Sportitude because I love their products an extensive range of sizes and colours. My first order got sent out with a slight error in the address and the courier sent back to sender without trying to contact myself or Sportitude but the lovely staff at Sportitude went above and beyond to ensure I got my second parcel and to post out my first parcel express post before it even arrived back in their store. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and I love the shoes I did receive. Verry Happy :)

The team at Sportitude are the absolute BEST! I've been buying my running shoes from them for a while now and they always take the time to make sure I don't just get the right fit, but also the right type for the kind of running I do. They really take the time to actually help you!Also just bought a tennis racquet and the guys were so helpful with helping me select a racquet that best suits me :)
