Placed order for gloves 4th Jan still waiting for delivery. Was told by rep that there was an issue with the system and that’s why order had not progressed then called back a week later to see where order was and was then told that they had run out of stock and the an alternative would be shipped. Emails and calls to an offshore call centre to no avail. This week was told goods would be sent this week express however nothing has been shipped.Extremely poor when workforces need stock.Understand that import and stock has been difficult however a call or an option to cancel would have been appreciated.All my emails have gone unanswered. And getting BS excuses from contact centre rep. (Who I know is doing best)If you can’t commit or have better stock control mark stock online as out of stock. Would be better than having disgruntled customers.

Very sturdy and safe shower stool. So easy to assemble. My order arrived within 3 days of ordering.

Dealt with Dylan directly and he was able to help me out.I let him know I needed an order urgently for my grandpa and he personally delivered it to me on a Saturday outside of their operation hours.Every time I call this company I deal with people who want to help and have a great attitude.Thanks Dylan & thank you Platinum Health! Friendly staff name Alex, I called for product expiry date, he was willing to check the actual date in the inventory for me. Product arrived in express today (2 business days) and are correct.
