Around 2.5 years ago we had a Brivis Gas Heater installed at our place by Rem and his team. Unfortunately Rem was absent during the installation and the team were junior so there were a number of poor installation decisions including not putting the heater on a concrete slab (ground and therefore rust issues), jamming the ducting underneath the house so the flow was poor and it made access difficult and installing the themostat and control nowhere near the return duct. Made it very difficult to regulate.Despite calling Rem more than a dozen times there was no return call or response. We have not been able to get hold of him still.The heater today has a faulty controller pad and the pilot flame continues to cause issues.Our experience with Balmoral has been dismal since day one. Value was on par with others although every other element of our experience has been poor.

Shoddy.Rem replaced the air conditioning unit. Following payment he failed to complete parts of the job. I discovered that Rem hasn't even bothered to install the cover over the electronics for the air conditioning unit - it was elsewhere in the roof.

We recently installed a Daikin air unit with Balmoral Air. Rem and Sue were highly professional, accomodating and their products and services well priced (shop around and you’ll see they are definitely less than others in the area).Straight off the bat, Rem knew what he was talking about. You can tell he’s done plenty of apartment installations so he knows what’s aesthetically best for homes around this area.After the delay with aircon units at the docks, Balmoral Air kept us in the loop with the status of the delivery and once it arrived, knowing we were in a hurry to install it due to a hot weekend coming up, scheduled it in ASAP.On the day on installation, Rem turned up on time, followed all of strata rules and finished up surprisingly quicker than we thought. He took the time to explain to us all the functions, tips and tricks, etc only an experienced installer would know.Thanks Rem and Sue, we will be recommending you to others in the lower north shore!

After trying more than five places around the lower Nth Shore I finally contacted Balmoral Airconditioning via The Daiken website.I was immediately given a verbal quote and arrangements were made for site inspection the following day. By the way the verbal quote was cheaper than all the others and by as much as $1300 from another place also on the Daiken website.Rem turned up the next day confirmed the verbal quote and we now have the unit installed by the best two young employees a Company could employ.I am still waiting for the greater majority of places to get back to me including one place I wanted to give the order to prior to having contacted Balmoral Air

Our Daikin airconditioning was installed in mid-November and it was a good experience from start to finish. Rem arrived promptly on the day and worked with care and ingenuity to install a new system in our townhouse roof cavity, replacing a bulky, ineffecient, noisy system which previous owners had installed about 25 years ago. Rem was assiduous in checking and confirming where we wanted the grills and controllers. Out went the oversized beige box in the loft, to be replaced by a new aircon which is so quiet and efficient we can’t quite believe it’s even on. We are very happy with the result.

Rem is a class act and an absolute professional. Head and shoulders one of the most outstanding tradies I have dealt with over the last ten years. Knows his stuff inside out and genuinely tries to come up with the best possible outcome for the client. Outstanding attention to detail, terrific can-do attitude, a creative thinker and very reasonably priced. I knew I had chosen well when an unrelated tradie (ventilation) pointed out to me that Rem has an excellent reputation. Unbeatable!

Rem and his team recently put in a Daikin VRV system for us including two ducted units and a Zena split system with a single outdoor unit.Due to the nature of our building, we had some very specific requirements with routing and concealed pipework for aesthetic/functional reasons.The outdoor unit also had to be located some way from the building with very difficult vertical and horizontal access.Rem was very constructive with his approach and and the outcome is exactly what we wanted. Rem was flexible even when we made some errors and provided very pragmatic/consultative solutions to our requirements.We spoke to quite a few AC suppliers and others struggled with what we were after.Balmoral Air understood what we wanted to do, understood the capability of the products they sold and got us there. The system works very well. Recommended.

Whether it is installation or regular maintenance, Rem is always on time, polite, honest and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I have been a very satisfied customer for over ten years, and would highly recommend Balmoral Air. Thanks for always keeping my shop cool!!

We recently engaged Balmoral Air to install a fully ducted system into our apartment. From the very beginning they were helpful and accomodating. No question was too silly and they were quick in working around our availabilities to install. Even pushing hard behind the scenes to get parts needed before the Xmas rush.Rem arrived on time and got stuck into work straight away.In his case, his many years of experience meant he made what I know to be a difficult and labour intensive job flow seamlessly. Finishing the job (inside and out) to a high standard, staying back to finesse small details even I had missed.Would (and already have) recommend them to anyone who asks.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and RUDE!I rang up today to provide feedback about no return phone calls (6 in total - left voicemail on their answering service). I spoke to a lady named Sue who turned quite aggressive on the phone - she didn't want to either listen to me or try and resolve the situation. She then continued to lecture me on how people should get their air-conditioners fitted in winter instead of summer to eliminate bottlenecks. After this she hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend using this business if this is how they behave. Thank you Peter
