A real local gem! Open 7 days so I was able to book a last minute Sunday afternoon appointment. Had the most amazing a 45 min remedial massage. Will def be back!!!

The staff are extremely professional, friendly and considerate, especially for those not familiar with massages. The environment is very relaxed and soothing, all which helps contribute to an excellent massage and overall experience! The fact that it is close to shops and public transport is a bonus.

We love coming to the retreat. The personal attention given to my wife and I at every visit is reason enough to go here instead of that shopping centre massage you visit - on top of this though, the quality of massage is very good, with particular attention paid to problem areas. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.I would doubt that anyone would go to the retreat and receive anything less than the VIP treatment we have experienced.

The therapists are lovely and respectful really want to help. They will suggest ways to help with problem areas but won't push you to keep making appointments. Would recommend them to all.

I wish I found this place sooner! I have been here twice and received the most amazing massage both times. The ladies that looked after me were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean with lovely essential oil scents. Highly recommend for relaxation!

Most masseurs find the knot and just twang on it like a guitar string and I hate that!! Not here! They have got me through some pretty tough painful times. Don't know where I'd be without them.
