Call and Call over 4 days this doesnt include the 13 number calls and no answer. Just switched providers Useless is too good a word. Just get a new provider. The govt should take their funding and Jobactive Provider service away

APM make appointments, double book appointments, cancel appointments, rebook appointments, when ever and how ever they want with no regard for the client. I rescheduled a medical assessment for a job application so as to attend an APM appointment on Friday, they then canceled as they had double booked(I could have attended the medical instead), they then booked the next appointment for a future date(I was satisfied with this booking). On the Sunday they advised me I needed to attend an appointment on the Monday (this is the exact day and time I had rescheduled my medical for). This is unprofessional, disruptive and not acceptable.
