Thanks again sam! 3 sessions in and today i am walking normally on my achilles/ankle for the first time in 6 months! I have gone from being unable to walk 500m to the shops, to walking up 2 mountains in wilsons prom in 2 days last weekend with minimal pain. Highly recommend sam for any muscle/tendon injury recovery :)

Have been going here regularly over the past few years. My usual therapists are Sam, Tom & Damian who I strongly recommend. My teenage son and husband also have highly recommended them. I personally have found them more beneficial than a sports Physio.

The team at Muscle Freedom never cease to impress. Well-priced, professional, friendly, and by far the best treatment in Melbourne - every, single time, without fail. Unlike many cheap, franchised joints (Thai massage etc.), this team has obviously studied anatomy and physiology and can, therefore, employ the most effective techniques and condition-specific therapies to guarantee you leave feeling 100 times better. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else!

Amaze-balls! I've seen both Sam and Damien and although it can be a teeth-gritting hour they are both so talented on releasing all the sore bits and well worth the pain. Walk away feeling like a new person. Great conversation if you want it too.

Blown away by my treatment with Tom at Muscle Freedom!I have unfortunately seen MANY therapists over the years but these guys at Muscle Freedom are simply outstanding. So knowledgeable and professional. Tom treated and addressed my issues & I've honestly never felt better. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would highly, highly recommend to everyone.
