Regional Insurance Brokers

I had Life Insurance through Regional Insurance. That was, until I requested my payments be changed to my SMSF in February of this year. I filled all the paperwork out and sent it through to them. I spoke with the broker on the phone and was assured they would handle it and I don't need to ring MLC myself.Last week I got a letter in the post from MLC saying I am in arrears and owe $800. I rang them and was told to speak to my broker about it. I called Regional and left a message. My broker is working from home and he would contact me. I received nothing.I emailed him directly 3 times. I then CC'd Regional head office requesting that I am contacted by the end of the week... and I have not had any calls.I moved my company insurance away years ago and now I'm moving my personal insurances away.I also am dealing with a customers vehicle claim through Regional and their communication has dragged out a vehicle claim over 3 months.Don't waste your time here.
