Experienced disgusting customer service from the service department. Anthony needs to be schooled ABCD ... of customer service. Wonder how he even work for global brand Honda. No wonder so many 1 stars mainly contributed to this clown.

From when I bought my Kia till my 12 mth service nothing but praise for the professional way the staff treat customers. Was a mix up with my service booking but the lady got my car in and got it done quick because I had requested a loan car. Soooo happy with them and tge coffee is good too. Don't rip you off either for your service

Service quality and customer service was generally very good. Was told a failed component would be placed on backorder for an 8 week delivery time. 8 weeks later I called up, only to be told it was never ordered and they can no longer replace it under warranty.

Very bad , staff is rude. They are unprofessional. Manager has no sense to talk and behave. They service my car and did not vacuum and wash but they offered me before starting the service.They did not offer any compensation. Very unprofessional.

it was worst service ever,they trying to protect their employee and lied to me when i pick up my car,I asked more than 3 time are they going to wash my car and they said yes they will do and they did that!!!! 3 times including before I droped car and when i drop the car plus when I picked the car(I waited for 30mins because they said my car is in washing process),however when I found they didn't do anything and I asked why they lied to me ? they change their words saying car wash is not included and not guaranteed they are too busy to doing 100 service a day!!!! this is your job mate!!!one woman jump in our conversation and very aggressive to me, she just try to cover up and blamed the customer who just paid them!!!!I will never come back to this car service again!

Very disappointed, the paperwork for the recall had 30 minutes but I was given a 2 hour window when I booked. When I said about the 30 minutes on the paperwork sent to me when I was dropping my car off at 7.30am the woman told me there was no guarantee it would be ready for 9.30 I'm really not impressed. Does my time and re-business mean that little to you.

GWS is the place to purchase a vehicle, Paul and the team were awesome. In my case Paul was very professional, proactive and communicated very well, understood my time frame and went above and beyond my expectations. I can say with confidence that if the time came again, and they had a vehicle on my list, I would definatly do business with Paul and the GWS team again. My experience was fantastic.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3 stars for the previous good service I've had at GWS Honda over the past 5 years. Decided to take 2 stars off as I was trying to book my 100k service and no one would answer the phone. I then submitted an online submission on the Honda site (directed to GWS Honda) and still received no call. Ended up going to a local mechanic as my car is now out of warranty anyway.
