Found a screw in my tyre on a Saturday morning drove into town To 2 of the big tyre companies and neither of them had the time of day to help. Stopped at rockbottom on the way out and the guys were more then happy to squeeze me in and fix it. Will definitely be my go to tyre shop from now on.

I stopped in here with no warning on my way out of Hervey Bay as I noticed a massive egg on one of my caravan tyres. They were straight onto it and had me back on the road in no time. Lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Bloke that worked on the van must have been on an F1 pit crew in the past, he was that fast.10/10 would recommend.

I found these guys to be the cheapest in town. Got quotes from the big chains like Bob Jane and Bob's Tyres and Rock Bottom came in a hell of a lot cheaper! Will definitely be going back to these guys next time.

These guys are just wonderful and VERY helpful... 10/10 customer service, 10/10 friendliness, 10/10 hospitable when I needed to get cash out while my car had no wheels on they took me to get cash out... Highly recommended this business!!!

Cheap tyres, service was below average. Car made a bad noise up fron after getting two front tyres. When it was ready they left me sitting in the waiting room for 20 min talking to other customers without bothering to give me my keys back, after I had paid.

Craig, Karen and their staff are a great team and all are highly knowledgeable on all car brands and offer not only the best tyre range at incredible prices I've found, but all mechanical services as well. Whether you want a log book service, suspension and brake repairs, airconditioning they give 5 star service at Rock Bottom Prices!! One of the most honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanics I have found.
