Lovely but not a good place to get a job

Very friendly and helpful, great at what they do.

I asked to join job prospects when my hours were reduced as I was entitled to a part payment I was told it didn't exist anymore and joined Sarina Russo I was told I had 4 years to have left Coles when the first 3 and half years I was working more hours and not on job seeker questioned every job I applied for by bringing up job headings and when I asked them to open job description up they said they weren't able to 1 said junior pool attendant but if you read the description said it was willing to train the right person and the young lady consultant is telling me you are like 60 when I am 51 out loud to show off in front of the other 2 workers in there very belittling and rude was trying to show my ct scan of bulge disc but couldn't find it and was told come on but when I went outside I looked under emails on my phone instead of text and found it but her response was i don't need to see your business and when I went in their admittingly I forgot the lady's name and she asked me to take a seat but because of my disk bulge I stood back and the young man at the back asked if I was alight and I said I'm just waiting Thanks and my consultant yells out don't call me thing or that one of the two I hope one day they get their just deserts other example I had a phone appointment and 2 hours after it was due I rang them more to cover myself than anything and was told we were busy and don't have nothing else to do couldn't give 0 stars I did get transferred to job prospects on level 2 of knox police station complex and they treat people fairly

I cannot commend Dylan at the Sarino Russo Wantirna office enough. From the very start he was not only professional and attentive, but he is extremely proactive in assisting you in both preparing you for an opportunity, and maintaining your wellbeing while doing so. His follow up, once I had acquired a role, demonstrated a genuine support and interest in my success.

I agree with Greg B that Dylan N, who I know from the Sarina Russo office in Wantirna, is an excellent representative of, and for, that company. He has always been unfailingly patient, helpful and supportive. His professional ability, personal interest and warm humour have made the daunting idea of reentering the workforce a lot less stressful.
