We had a significant moisture problem under our home on the Central Coast due to flooding earlier in the year. After doing some research we selected a solution from Solair. The installation went well and was professionally done and I am pleased to say that after about one month our moisture issue is almost completely gone.

We had a subfloor fan installed by Eamon a couple of weeks ago. Eamon knows exactly what he is doing and he gave me lots of tips on reducing rising damp in general. He went above and beyond and we are truly grateful, already noticing a difference. Communication throughout the process with Kate was also on point. Highly recommend Solair!

I received very responsive service from SOLAIR when I made an in person enquiry as well as via Email contacts. I wanted a Large Capacity SOLAR Powered Air Ventillation Vent with 240Volt AC Backup for hot Nights and all my questions resulted in me making the purchase and having them do the Installation on the Tiled Roof. The Installation went well and I now have to wait for Summer 2023/2024 to see the results of our pre planned work.

We recently has a Solar Whizz installed and could not have been happier with the process. Great communication and easy to deal with Kate. After accepting the quote, made a booking and then called to come a day earlier as the weather forecast was not looking good.Roof ventilator and eave vents installed in an hour or so by Eamon who was easy to talk to.The next day no rain, but the sun was out and the roof ventilator was on. I was worried that it would be a little noisy relatively close to the bedroom, but I originally did not notice it was on until I popped my head into the roof space which was effectively being cooled. You can hear it if there is no noise and you are listening out for it, sounds like a quiet air conditioner is on.

When you want to invest in a better way to cool your home, Solair is the way to go on the Central Coast. I had two systems installed, one for roof ventilation & cooling, and one for subfloor ventilation. Both were installed same day – in one day, with minimum fuss and maximum care.What is not advertised is their sheer level of knowledge about the heating and cooling of your house with regard to individual house type, and its location and orientation. Add to that determining the best overall cooling / drying solution for your unique situation and then selecting the right equipment to support that solution – you are on to a winner.So glad I did not just try and DIY it as there are so many things that can make a huge difference to ensuring that you get the most out of both your cooling system and solar power. Buying a set of tools does not make you a mechanic, same with cooling and ventilation – go to a professional !As an added bonus, other potential roof and under flooring issues were highlighted to me after the installations and I have been able to sort these out before they could become big problems. Money saved all round!I would thoroughly recommend these guys.

Solair installed 2 solar ventilation fans in the roof of my industrial warehouse in Marrickville to counteract intense heat created by afternoon sun shining directly on its cement wall. I and my tenant are extremely happy with those fans as they make an amazing difference to how cool the warehouse is inside. It is now a much more enjoyable and safer working environment in summer. Solair installed the fans quickly and expertly causing no roof leaks or other issues. I was so impressed by their quality customer service and marvelous product that I went back to Solair to get another solar fan installed in my home.

We were keen to use Solair for a mould problem in Sydney but were unfortunately too far outside their area.
