Massage Zone

I was pleasantly surprised with how great my massage was as I didn’t have high hopes for anything great following an experience at another location.I saw Penny for a Neck Back and Shoulder massage. I explained to her my areas of concern, the pressure I wanted and things I do not like during a massage which is elbows in my lower back/hip area.She really listened to this guidance, she applied a form pressure and checked twice while doing a different area that the pressure was suitable.Unlike most places where the technique is to go as fast as possible, flapping around and rubbing your back in an open palmed circular motion, Penny used deep pressure, slow and even motions to really work on the areas identified.The massage she did for me saw both sides of my body treated in the same manner, I left feeling refreshed, in less pain, and with a bit of ease from my ongoing tension headaches.While I managed to switch off after a short while the noise from the shopping centre was still present but I guess that’s expected to a degree as it isn’t a stand alone store but that is the only downfall.Eager to see Penny again and work on easing my tension headaches further.

Excellent 90 minutes full body massage and foot massage. Nice and firm as requested focussed on tighter areas. Feel very relaxed and significantly less sore.

Go here regularly for general relaxation and health. Pretty easy to get in, usually plenty of staff. Always feel loose and relaxed after. Excellent massage every time. Good value too, hicaps handy. Love the hot rocks and warm towels as well.

I came in to make an appointment and was told to come back in 1 hour. When I returned they said they’re sorry (must have double booked which can happen) and didn’t have any more chairs available. Then I was told that I can come at 1:45pm. When I rang to make sure I’m not wasting my time coming back they said, sorry we are busy and that they can’t do it. Best to be honest and not over promise and under deliver. I can’t comment on the treatment as I won’t be back.

I'm a big fan of Massage Zone, would attend weekly if time (and budget) permitted. Whilst they offer a complete range of Massages to full body, partial, oil and hot stone amongst others. I go regularly for the reflexology. Whilst most of the technicians are great I personally see Wong who so far as I am concerned rates 5 out of 5 week in week out. Yes your even asked to rate your technician after your massage. They take customer satisfaction seriously. Keep up the good work. Recommend? Yes!

Best massages! They are super firm and everytime I come here I feel 100% better! Helped with my lower back pain.

I asked the lady to please be more gentle.It was the most painful experience I have ever had.I'm still sore and feel bruised..for some reason she thought that my heal could touch my bottom . After telling her it hurts..she does the same with my other leg.Never again!!

Excellent...all my knots and pains were resolved. It's always a bit sore for the first night and sometimes day after that but no pain no gain.

Not very happy, not going to go there again. Received a two hour body massage after a big training session, she did half my body, not consistent, not professional, not full body and had to go see a Doc a week later because of the sharp pains i still had in places i should've had at all. Very concerning.Get massages regularly as a do mma, first & last time there unfortunately....
