ARB 4x4 Accessories St Peters

Staff friendly and informative. Good for 4x4 gear, hardly any camping gear though, but it not a camping store. They have an upstairs room with some rooftop tents, but it's fairly empty.

Great service and answered all my questions. All round pleasant experience.

DO NOT BUY ARB CANOPIES!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed in ARB. I have had their canaopy on my brand new car for just under 5 years, purchased with the car and fitted by ARB. One day at 8am in the morning the rear window randomly exploded (caught on cctv). When I contacted ARB they gave me a list off excuses as to why its not a fault with the product, even though there a multiple cases of the issues occuring on other canopies. I was offered a pathetic $100 discount on a replacement whick would still end up costing me over $500. ARB needs to look at the design of their canopy glass and have this issue fixed. DO NOT BUY ARB CANOPIES!!!!!!NOTE THE COMMENT BELOW IS THE STANDARD RESPONES FROM ARB. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ONGOING ISSUE OF EXPLODING GLASS. SOMEONE WILL GET HURT ONE DAY. DO NOT BUY ARB CANOPIES!!!!!

Helpful and professional. Spoke to Trent today about a bunch of mods we're lining up for a new 200 series and he gave me his full attention, experience and general know how to ensure we're set up properly. No pressure for the sale from him, he really understood where we were in terms of moving our current 4x4 on and lining up the new one. Even offered contacts at Toyota. Can't wait to get our work done in a couple months. Also good having the peace of mind with going with ARB directly and not a reseller. Top place.

Great customer service and knowledge. I didn't buy anything this time but the team were happy to help and share their experience and advice. When I come buying certain additions for my 4x4 I'll going back to ARB.

The worst service I’ve seen. Will not use these guys again. Broken promises after putting down deposits for drawers and racks. Ordered 5 months ago, still no drawers. Joke.

I went into the store this morning to get some advice on the Rhino Rack Pioneer system in order to get some attachments and accessories for my platform. The guy who helped" me was so rude and unhelpful!Any question I had seemed to be a waste of his time and he was talking to me like I had no place in his store.I ended up buying something but I now wish I had spent my money somewhere else.I will definitely not recommend this store to any of my mates."

If there were 10 Star I'd be clicking that!On the 31st Dec 2022, our camper trailer brakes had a malfunction just as we were leaving on two week camping trip. We called everywhere and no-one wanted to look at it except ARB.Not only did they take on a diagnosis problem on NYE, the Boss man put two guys on the problem for nearly FOUR HOURS. They changed the trailer plug free of charge, pulled out the Brake controller and tested with a new controller to test if our was faulty, updated some firmware on our one.Eventually, nutting out their was a short in running lights wire that was effecting the trailer brakes erratically and randomly.ARB patched the problem to get us underway as to properly fix was a wiring loom replacement and a big job.After nearly four hrs of trouble shooting, the Boss man said ok, we have a temporary fix so you can be on you way..... that was it. He was happy to conquer a tricky challenge and for our family to get on the road to our holiday.I very rarely write reviews as I think most customer service should be mandatory, I only review when the service is utterly outstanding going above and beyond (or absolutely wretched).You may be thinking, I bet they're 4wd freaks with a big tank ect and so was only taken seriously because of that and got special service..... You are wrong, we drive a discovery sport, my wife's SUV... no fancy 4wd stuff on it and had never been a customer of ARB previoulsy.ARB refused any payment, I offered to buy some beer and booze, wouldn't have that either, a truly generous gesture by ARB.Thank you ARB we ended up having a great holiday, which we owe to you. Apologies for taking 4 months to write the review though!!!

Such great branding, product and impressive store let down by staff who don’t seem to rate you as a keen 4WDer unless you have a 10yr old landcruiser or patrol and therefore don’t try to hard to help or show interest in selling you anything
