The best place to affordable shopping! This is heaven for those who have kids. They have many choices of apparels, books, toys, and everything in reasonable prices. My favorite section is the party area, they sell all the chocolates and candies cheaper than Coles and Woolworths!!! Perfect for your party planning ideas!!

I wish I could give negative review, i bought my son birthday gift bike and left for assembling, when my son went to pickup the bike they gave him display damaged bike and when i complained to management that this is not my bike they said they don't know where is the bike, Now i m juggling as they are denying the fact that they gave me display bike and i have to wait until they find replacement . It's like Kmart doesn't respect our time, hard earned money and they care least about customer service. My son left in tears

The online stock check was never correct…it’s saying that it has stock in this store but turns out no stock multiple times! Also booked for pickup but they canceled due to no stock.

Tried to buy 2 different size storage boxes and one happened to be missing a barcode. The lady sat there for 5 minutes trying to figure it out then asked me to look up the product in front of her online so I said don't worry about it. Nice customer service....

I bought a bike and when I picked up, i was given display bike with scratches without letting us know, the bike had scratches and used tyres. When i complained they said that they could not find the bike that's why they gave display one and cannot be replaced as they have none, now when i complained the Head office, they are denying that they gave me display bike.thank God i have recorded conversation, i will take further action

This Kmart is possibly the biggest in Melbourne. There are many more varieties than other Kmarts.For some reason checkouts are located right in the middle of the store.Staff are courteous and ready to assist if you can find them.

Arrived today to collect my order at my booked time. The line has approximately 100 plus people!! Now are customers just turning up when they want? And if so why aren’t Kmart staff turning them away?? And if this isn’t the case, this means Kmart have over booked! Where on earth is the COVID safe pick up here?? My last pick up staff had masks under chins and taking off to talk on the phone (Medical staff talk without issue with N95 masks on so pretty sure others can talk and hear through a basic surgical mask!) This isn’t good enough Kmart! You really need to lift your game! Happens again and I’ll be reporting to Dept Health! Over it!
