Beautiful Emily!!!! Was served by the most helpful and wonderful blonde gal! Always had troubles with my skin and scaring from acne and have been on medication for a lot of my teen years. Emily was so helpful and understanding and took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain everything to me. She was patient and very sweet xx thanks Mecca and thank you Emily ❤️

I just got my makeup done here for my engagement party and it is nothing like what I asked for. She had to redo the eyes multiple times and it still looks like a glittery mess. The falsies don’t blend with my lashes at all and the foundation looks like it’s separating on my forehead. I spent $150 to look worse then when I normally do my own makeup at home.If your wanting your make up done don’t bother coming here!

Mecca holds a special place in my heart so to find one open in Hornsby Westfield brought excitement to say the least! I had a blast at the large perfume section with the wide range of niche fragrance houses beautifully displayed. The store consultants were incredibly kind to let me sniff & test as many as I wanted with the blotters available at hand. It is absolute heaven for perfume lovers, as well as makeup and skincare enthusiasts with the most brilliant gift selection and limited edition products.

I always go to Mecca Hornsby and all the ladies there are always so amazing and welcoming but Ally is usually the one to assist me and Ally is always informational, patient, friendly and helpful! I’ve moved away from the area but will always be returning due to amazing customer service!

I absolutely loved the service I received from Elisa/ Elysa today! I went in looking for foundations to match my skin tone/type and they were so amazing!From looking for the right foundation to helping find the right brush that I liked, every step of the way she was patience and explained everything quite well.I went in to buy some birthday gift for myself and it is safe to say that I will be coming back and see them again.

Went with my sister who lives out of Sydney and doesn’t get to go to Mecca in-store. We were helped by the lovely Jordan, who was so patient with my sister and matched her in so many shades and made sure her foundation was exactly what she was looking for. Was completely understanding and went out of her way to give her the best Mecca experience even giving her a sample of the shade she was tossing up between just as a reference.
