Yeah, get on in there, friendly as, honest, welcoming not intimidating mechanics, they managed to save me money on my repair.

Massive thank you to Roger who was kind enough to squeeze me in for a last minute pink slip after calling him in a panic about my rego expiring that day. Thanks for being so accommodating and for calling to double check I was okay to go ahead with the required work. :)

I stop by Sydney on my way home and I did a service to check my car. Nobody asked me to put a ugly sticker on the back door of my car, I am not your comercial add flag around Australia mate. I checked my car at my regular mechanic and they said some stuff was wrong (liquid levels etc).On my perspective, no, I'll never recommend this mechanic

Very disappointed!! I was looking for a workshop who I can trust. I googled and find this shop. I read all most everyone’s review and exited to meet them. Everything was so smooth until reach there. I had my appointment and mentioned about the problem earlier. After 3hrs waiting Roger took me the car shown me that the problem is with wheel speed sensor where I had a sign showing brake pad sensor is worn. And explained that it’s gonna cost me $595 with labour. Then I start googling the part cost which I found quite cheaper online. And discover the colour of the part which is blue but when he showed me the part was white. Suddenly I found something is not right then I asked the mechanic about the problem and mentioned that the white part is the brake pad sensor then he looked and said sorry. Then I told Roger about it and asked him how much is the brake pad sensor he said $40 without labour which I bought it online just for $12 (German part). The problem was the small pin which was bent and it was not sending signal to the screen. I waited there almost 5hrs and paid them $132 for nothing and Roger did not even say sorry.

This repairer is outstanding and thorough. Our house is in the local area and has used this business for varied reasons. Professional, honest, welcoming and thorough! I have recommended to friends.

The team at Central Auto Care are trustworthy and reliable. I’ve been getting my car done here for the last 2 1/2 years. The costs are very reasonable and can’t fault the service. We recently had a collision and they helped with referring us to a honest and fair smash repairer (who also did an amazing efficient well priced job on a door replacement ) and made sure they fit us in to get the rego done in time. When choosing a mechanic I always worry about the cost/honestly etc These guys are super transparent with cost (they always quote before doing the work) and explain why certain things need to be done etc (and identify things that can wait if can’t afford right now). Also booking is very easy - the online form they get back to me right away and have text reminders etc that I love.Thanks to the team at Central Auto Care!

Have had a few things done on my car here over the last year. They are the most honest and professional mechanics I have ever been to. These guys do a great job every time and never overcharge. Give them a go. You won't be disappointed.
