Took the pressure of 3 years worth of accumulated tax returns.Mary Ann was knowledgeable, affordable and efficient. Highly recommend her for Tradies!

They stated I owed $645 for a BAS, when I received the completed form it had an addition $207 PAYG charge. I asked Mary why this was and I was given a heap of confusing info that made no sense. So I spoke to my other accountant and he said she was letting the ATO charge me advanced tax and that she could easily amend it. I sent an email to Mary and she said she won’t remove it. I don't know why a company wants to incur extra charges for someone when they don’t have to. Now I will have to get my other accountant to amend the unnecessary $207 PAYG charge to $0. Also Mary tried to charge me $1800 for a small company tax return, I thought this price was outrageous, so I spoke to my other accountant and he did it for $550, she made no justification for trying to charge $1800 other than well that's what we charge". They had also done most of my BASs for that year so she knew it was a small job that would have taken 15 minutes.. Beware accountants who see your money and assume you can afford to pay ridiculous amounts
