Absolute and amateur customer service. Will be letting the people I know never to go to this store. Store manger was the rudest person I have ever come across. I have never experienced such rude and horrible customer service. Pretty much thieves

Rude and arrogant...After travelling from Brisbane to view a particular fireplace we were met (not greeted) by a staff member who obviously didn't want to be there... The hat backwards should have flagged what we were about to experience which can summed up by Why would you want that one???"...Word of advice to the insipid young fellow with a strange walk

Not the place to want service of any kind!. Today we visited the Sth Tweed store to purchase a bbq & the store manager? stood in the middle of the store with his hands behind his back the whole time - didn't attempt to try to help us At All. When my husband asked ( a little frustatedly if he could show us how it worked" the manager stated " only if you stop yelling at me").??? We appeared to be an inconvenience to him & believed he should have been more interested in getting a sale

My wife and I went to both stores this one and the Weber one adjacent each other to look at a Weber BBQ. Found the service very helpful, relaxed and informative. Couldnt fault their professionalism. We ended up walking out with a gas Spirit II BBQ model with a number of accessories plus an esky! Reasonably easy to build out of the box, took a couple of hours. Have only used it once but it is very good compared to previous lower quality BBQ that we have traditionally bought. Have registered my product through the Weber site, which I dont normally do and the assistance and resources on how to use the product is excellent. Thoroughly recommend visiting either store which are adajcent each other in Sth Tweed . the staff and manager Jackson were very easy to deal with.

Difficult company to deal with. Staff in the store are very polite, the manager is not. They encouraged me to pay a deposit, prior to having a plumber out for the fireplace inspection. After the deposit was made, the staff were difficult to get hold of and did not respond in sufficient timeframe with myself or the plumber for the installation, causing extreme frustration to myself and all the tradespeople involved. The manager then offered a refund in writing but never processed a payment. We are now seeking legal action, I would buy elsewhere this is not ethical business practice. They have also turned reviews off on the facebook page, BEWARE.Response to comment: The refund has not been received nor can i email the company as they blocked my email. They did not reply to calls or emails in the lead up to installation. I have not received a confirmation receipt, only further concerns as per comments on facebook. All communication has been forwarded to the office of fair trading NSW. As the manager is a bully and unethical. If the company believe they have refunded, I urge them to communicate ethically and clearly and to double check your admin and accounts as no payments has been received. I sent my payment details and my communication was blocked. The office of Fair trading has also advised the company could be liable for the trades expenses if we choose to proceed. I cannot contact the company, as per your email. Please resend and cross check payment details, as I cannot communicate directly, hence the need for public communication.Reply: We have checked our accounts, contacted the bank directly and reviewed all emails. No refund has been received. No email has been received with a confirmation or receipt. This communication has been included in our case to the office of fair trading. Please review your accounts and resend the information. You have our email and we have not blocked your communication. You yelled at me, bullied me and would not listen to my genuine complaint causing an unnecessary argument. I have read similar reviews and experiences by other customers on here. Its been extremely stressful, costly and a great waste of everyone time especially the tradespeople. Please resend the information that you claim to have sent, so we can complete and finalise this transaction.Saturday 8th May, we have just now received an email being the first confirmation and receipt stating a refund has been processed. Communication with the store manager has been incredibly stressful throughout the entire process from installation details to cancelling our order (due to procedure complications with the store). The manager is a righteous bully. We did not enter a layby agreement, we made a depsoit on a product to hold it while we dealt with the trades for installation process. The store did not give sufficient information for the installation and we requested a refund. The store policy's were difficult and kept changing. We only received a refund once making our complaint public. He was impossible to communicate with prior to this. I would be very weary and read through other peoples experiences prior to purchasing. We have successfully purchased elsewhere, this took approximately 5-7 phone calls and 6 emails to get the correct installation information. We are very happy with the product we've now purchased and glad we were able have the original driver and plumber back to install the product, as so much of their time was wasted. A complaint was also lodged with the office of fair trading and found the information provided to us by the store was unethical.

A number of years ago we purchased a Lopi the store manager was extremely helpful and gave sound advice. We have since moved 4 hours away from Tweed but returned to Coastline Barbeques and purchased another Lopi and Esse stove. Jackson was very helpful and accommodating, even responding to email enquiries late at night. I can't recommend Jackson and his staff highly enough.

I came in to the Tweed store to buy my partner a Weber not knowing much about them or how to cook with them.Jackson who is the Manager I believe was incredibly helpful, guided me through everything I need to know and the best option of Weber based on what we like cooking. I would highly recommend this store & thank you Jackson for your service!

I have had several dealings with both the Southport store where I bought the barbeque originally, and the Tweed Heads store where I purchased a trolley cabinet to suit. The products and advice have been great and the staff have always been exceptionally helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend these guys for the right advice and the pre and post service.
