Staff were incompetent, especially the admin team and the director. We contacted them multiple times for an answer as to our application progress. Was told multiple times we'll get a call back. Never got a call back. No indication of timing. Nothing at all. Really not good enough.

If I could add more stars, I would.I would like to start by thanking Sarah, the center director. Sarah values early education in a way that motivates all center staff and parents to do the same. She is warm yet professional, extremely knowledgeable yet humble and focuses on making all families feel valued and supported.The staff are the absolute best. I have two very different children with very different needs. Each staff member took their time, and still take their time, to know each of my boys and tailor their approach to them. I have had meetings and felt heard demonstrated through action and evaluation. Special mentions: Narelle and Jenny, brilliant kinder teachers.The storypark app is always up to date and I feel absolutely blessed to be able to witness my boys growing in who they are as individuals as well as socially and academically. Goodstart North Melbourne has the most kind, caring and helpful staff. They are like extra family members to us :) Nothing is too much trouble, they adore the children and will go to any length to support children's early learning and development. We couldn't be happier!

Admin staff are lovely and warm and welcoming, my son is in the nursery with amazing and extremely interactive and competent staff, very good communication, can’t fault anything about this centre! Would recommend to anyone.

The Goodstart Early Learning centre located on Flemington Road in North Melbourne provides care and play-based early childhood education for nursery (0-2 years), toddler (2-3 years), pre-kindy (3-4 years) and kindergarten (4-6 years) children.

When I first relocated this year to Melbourne I was trying to find a place for my child. However as it was towards the end of the year, I was truly feeling dejected until I discovered Good Start North Melbourne.I had a warm welcome to the centre and my child has loved it ever since.The educators are friendly and dedicated. More importantly they help to imbue in the children a sense of love, wonder and kindness.

This is the best Day Care Center i have come across. The Educators are amazing, the food is amazing. The bast part is they inform you regarding every thing, from their weekly menu to your Child's progress.This Center is not like others where the Children just play on their own all day long. The Educators takes efforts & makes sure that your child did learn or did something thing productive in the day. The Educators help, support & encourage your child's mental & physical growth. Its the most Amazing Early Learning Center. Keep up the good work.
