I am very pleased with the two matching carpets my husband and I bought from Hali Rugs Richmond to fill our two living spaces. Not only did Chenny give us expert advice, helping us to narrow down our choices but Fernando and Tony were patient and careful when they came to install the carpets. I highly recommend Hali to anyone wanting to give a new look to their home.

The team at Hali provided excellent assistance with choosing our rugs. We had taken samples from our interiors to the store but still found it hard to imagine the rugs in our spaces so they brought 10 or so rugs to our home to see it there. This was the biggest help and made our choice a lot easier. I definitely recommend Hali!

Haleem and his team gave us a truly 5 star experience. I called him first, then with his instructions emailed across photos of our two lounge rooms. Haleem then called me back giving me some ideas, and asked me to visit in store. When we visited in store, he suggested a few rugs, and kindly brought them to our house for us to see how they look with our furniture. We fell instantly in love with these rugs. They feel great under your feet too! When the light hits them, both rugs throw off a beautiful glimmer. See the photos as they speak for themselves!

The quality and service at Hali is superb. I have just received a beautiful indigo-navy Kerman hand-knitted woollen rug for my study and it has recreated my work space to aid vibrancy and warmth. I bought online and gained alot of confidence the fit would be right because Chenny gave me swift and impeccable styling advice which were sympathetic to my specifications. The delivery and placement service was brilliant and I am in awe of the craftsmanship of the kerman. I am also impressed with the ethical basis of Hali's supply chain. My kerman rug is now a cherished heirloom. Hali will be my go to for all future rug purchases!

Hali is the ideal store that every customer dreamed. Their handmade rugs with high quality and great arty taste. Chenny and her team showed incredible professional spirit and service. They let us take four rugs back home as we felt difficult to decide in store. Then they came to pick up the rest once we finally chose two. Choosing rugs need to consider a lot. We purchased a lovely rug for our living room.Carly was exceedingly helpful and patient, and went through a large number of rugs (did I mention they have a large range?) before I zeroed in on one or two. She offered for me to take the rug we liked the most home to try without paying for it, and offered that if we did not like it, they would bring the other for us to try. She even carried the rug out to our car!Well, the rug was perfect and we then phoned to pay the following day.A large range of high quality and well-priced rugs, and exceptional service. Hali were so helpful. We told Aphram the size of the room and a few of the colours and it was like he could see it. He suggested a larger rug than we were looking at, not to be pushy but he was just right, it filled out the room better going under both sofas. The quality of the rug is excellent. Very fast delivery.
