I heard of Eli through a friend while searching for a job in tech in Melbourne and ended up buying his Resume Writing Handbook while preparing my CV.Coming from academia, I had no idea what tech recruiters in industry were looking for in a resumé. Eli's handbook laid everything really clearly, explaining in detail what tech recruiters look for and what common mistakes to avoid (most of which I was making).The handbook also provides two great templates that I was able to fill in with ease , and Eli was extremely helpful along the way, providing tips on how to personalise them show off my own particular strengths given my academic background.Overall the handbook is a great investment, and easily worth more than the cost of purchase in terms of the doors it opens to getting job interviews :)
